Please see details and cancellation policies further down. Choose your hotel first and book together with your registration to the conference. Note that payment is mandatory in connection with your registration. Students should send a proof (good readable copy of student permit or confirmation letter of Professor) by fax or email to the conference office for logistic matters.

Registration Fees
The fee for participants includes entrance to the lectures, welcome reception, coffee-breaks and lunches.
Early birds (registration before April 30, 2010)
- SPICA Industry: 7500 SEK
- SPICA University: 6000 SEK
- SPICA Students: 3000 SEK
Regular (registration from May 1, 2010 on)
- SPICA Industry: 8500 SEK
- SPICA University: 7000 SEK
- SPICA Students: 3500 SEK
Payment of registration fee, hotel, conference dinner, workshops and exhibition fees are paid by credit card in connection with your registration.
Cancellation reimbursement
- until May 12, 2010, 100%
- until June 12, 2010, 50%
