We don't recommend coming to Stockholm by car, since parking sites are rare and expensive in Stockholm. However, if you choose to come by car, make sure your hotel has a parking available. Nearby at the Venue Center there is a parking garage operated by Carpark.
By car, from the North: Follow the sign towards Stockholm. Once in the Stockholm area, follow the signs towards Södermalm/Skanstull. Once you are in Söderleds Tunnel, take the Hammarby Sjöstad/Skanstull exit. Do a U-Turn at the roundabout and keep to the left hand side towards Södermalm. You should now find yourself in a tunnel directly under the hotel. Turn right at the traffic lights on Ringvägen. The hotel is situated to your right.
By car, from the South: Follow the sign towards Stockholm (E20). Take the Liljeholmen exit towards Hornstull. Continue along Hornsgatan for approximately 1.5 km, take a right hand turn towards Södersjukhuset (Söder Hospital). Follow Ringvägen towards Skanstull. The city of Stockholm is built on 14 islands that are connected by 57 bridges. The city takes its unique character from the blend of 13th-century Old Town and high-tech modern architecture. Stockholm’s islands border on Lake Mälaren to the west and the Baltic Sea to the east, where the archipelago and its 30,000 islands await exploration. Stockholm is a city of contrasts – water and islands, history and innovation, small town and big city, short winter days and long, light summer nights – with a dazzling array of impressions. You can see and do most things in a short space of time, which makes it a perfect destination for city breaks. www.stockholmtown.com
